There is always a reason why I start a diet and exercise program... And once the diet starts working, I tend to forget the reasons I started it. Good thing, I have this blog thingy. The reasons I started this year, this January 28th, 2009. I started at 4pm (Notice I did not wait for the usual Monday morning kick off)
I am not certain these are the the only reasons.. I tend to forget. all I know is I could not stand it anymore. The problem is, it is SO DIFFICULT. I hate vegetables, I hate fruit, I hate exercising.. The past 5 days have been such a trial. The one thing I have not been doing is measuring the foods. If I am hungry I eat a snack made of fruit or salad. I hate it but it curbs the appetite if I add corn (I know its a no no the starches) The main issue is I cannot continue as I was, and it pisses me off! so many people can live their lives without having to deal with this. My main goals right now are
The last one is obviously the bigger challenge, and right now I can only handle small tasks.. As one of my friends says, over and out! |
