Oh dear, its Day 3 once again |

I had a big scare this past month. My knees were failing..they hurt a lot and I was almost incapable of getting up the stairs to my room. I knew what the doctor would say, you have to lose weight.. I hate those words, especially when they are emitted by a higher ranking professional than me. The scary part was when I weighed in at an aunt's place and it turned to be 301... of course that freaked me out.. Ive never been upstairs of 287lbs in my life, but then life is short... So, you know I love this diet, but that doesnt mean its easy to do. The good part is that the knee doctor said no exercise for one week, so I am just doing the food part of the diet. I feel like I go from cooking to sleeping to cooking to the supermarket again to cooking to sleeping. The diet is a fat burning one, so it drains me rather fast. I am a little bit cranky, but that is normal.
I have probably mentioned this great little software I found called Diet Organizer that helps me with the caloric and fat information of the foods I eat... Has also a couple of charts and reports that are fun to view. I think the software and other tools help us pass the time while the fat melts.. |
